The annual awards ceremony of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) took place in Hyderabad today, Tuesday. In this awards ceremony, Mohammed Shami, Shubman Gill, Ravichandran Ashwin and Jasprit Bumrah received the Cricketer of the Year award. In fact, these players were voted the best players of the year from 2019 to 2023. We would like to inform you that the BCCI awards ceremony is held every four years. Previously, this ceremony was last held in 2019.

Mohammed Shami – Cricketer of the Year (2019–20)

Best International Debut – Shreyas Iyer (2021-22)
