Apple has obviously been able to convince customers who wanted to buy a new watch, since its Apple Watch Series 7 is already facing supply problems. You will have to be patient before receiving certain models.
Apple opened pre-orders for its new Watch Series 7 this Friday, October 8 at 2 p.m., and some models have already been taken by storm by customers in a hurry, thus creating long delivery times for those who did not have the chance to order on time.
Sold from 429 euros for aluminum models, 779 euros for stainless steel models and 829 euros for titanium models, the Apple Watch Series 7 is already enjoying great success, some finishes and colors will not be delivered until November, and others are simply not available.
Apple Watch Series 7 faces supply issues
The Apple Watch Series 7 was expected to be sold in limited quantities, as it faced significant manufacturing issues that delayed its launch. Inventories of some models are particularly affected by customer demand.
Indeed, while some models like the Apple Watch Series 7 with a green aluminum case and a leather link bracelet can be delivered from mid-October, other models like the watch with a midnight aluminum strap and a black sport strap will not be delivered until mid-November.
Worse yet, some models like the midnight aluminum case and the yellow sport band are simply unavailable, with no restocking date being mentioned on Apple’s official website. Even the Apple Watch Series 7 Hermès with a double wrap curb bracelet at 1,859 euros will take almost 4 weeks to arrive.
Customers did not even have the time to choose the model they wanted before pre-orders, since Apple had not provided details about the configurations that will be available or their prices. As always, for those customers who failed to pre-order the Apple Watch of their choice with delivery in October, some configurations will likely be available for pickup in Apple Stores on launch day.
