The AFA and the Government defined the protocol for the return of the public to the stadiums

The Argentine Football Association (AFA) and the national government announced the main points of the protocol for the return of the public to the stadiums of soccer, in the duel between Argentina and Bolivia for the South American Qualifiers, on September 9.

This is the first pilot test with public assistance to a sporting event and will have, as anticipated by national officials, a 30 percent capacity among the audience and popular of the Núñez “Monumental” stadium.

According to the statement from Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Nation, prior to entering the stadium, attendees must process the circulation permit for mass events and present it in the CARE app with self-diagnosis updated to match day. Permanent use of the chinstrap will be mandatory.

Prior to the sporting event, people must manage the circulation permit for mass events that it can be processed as of next week. The application will not allow manage permission if the person has a positive COVID diagnosis associated, if it is close contact of a positive case or if it is forced to quarantine for having traveled abroad. The data will be cross-referenced with the National Health Surveillance System.

The permanent and correct use of the mask in the vicinity of the stadium, once the person is in the area defined by the control rings. There will be entry rings with established corridors that allow their ordering.

All accesses enabled for entry must promote circulation, minimizing instances of crowding.

-At the different access points, volunteers with sanitizing solution devices that allow hand hygiene.

Meanwhile, inside the stadium:

-A capacity of 30% between audience and popular in order to use the largest number of spaces in the River Plate club stadium. They are only exempted from the capacity calculation television equipment, transmission, operators, security personnel, support, volunteers, players and coaching staff.

-The permanent and correct use of the mask will be mandatory, which must cover the nose, mouth and chin. Gastronomy will not be enabled to prevent people from spending several minutes without the chinstrap and only water will be sold.

-The public may enter with disposable sanitizing towels, but the entry of alcohol-based solutions in any of its formulations.

-People or groups of people (maximum 5 per group) must respect physical distancing.

Once located in the assigned places, people will be asked to minimize the instances of displacement, being subject to entry to the restrooms, as well as entry and exit from the stadium.

During the match, the voice of the stadium reinforce frequently individual care measures for COVID-19. Also, there will be reminders visuals and assistants observing to the public in order to promote compliance with the protocol.

Failure to comply with the measures of prevention and persistence of the same before the warning of control and security personnel could be plausible of sanction (withdrawal from the stadium).
