The Association of Spanish Sports Directors (ADDE) continues its consolidation. In recent weeks, he has formed his network with the territorial delegates in Spain: Antonio Feijóo (Galicia), Julio Alberto Moreno (Asturias), Manu Preciado (Cantabria), Javi Zubillaga (Basque Country), Daniel Marín (Navarra), Raúl Martínez ( Aragon), Javi Salamero (Catalonia), Paco González (Castilla y León), Antonio Hidalgo (La Rioja), Jorge Villar (Madrid), Pablo Buendía (Castilla-La Mancha), Jesús Manibardo (Extremadura), Valentín Botella (Valencian Community ), Paco Zaragoza (Murcia), Francis Muñoz (Andalusia), José Tirado (Balearic Islands), Santi Hidalgo (Canary Islands), José Garrido (Ceuta) and Nacho Aznar (Melilla). “We have formed a great team of professionals, who exudes desire and enthusiasm to work for and for the group, from day one,” says Queco Huerta, president of ADDE.

In addition, the Association of Spanish Sports Directors also has a Director of Women’s Soccer, María Vargas, and International Delegate: Josele. And it is that Although it continues to consolidate its national structure, it has recently launched the International Federation of Sports Directors (FIDS), together with its Italian counterpart (ADICOSP). Undoubtedly an important step, as Huerta explains: “This is going very fast and we have to adapt to these times. It is clear that in football everyone wants to see more decision-making for the defense of our collective, therefore, being part of the International Federation of Sports Directors (FIDS) will support our collective not only at the national level, but also in the international”.

But ADDE is clear that the Sports Management covers other areas that will also have a place in the organization. “We will be much stronger, all united and we will be able to get there where we are represented, to all the sports directors, technical secretaries, scouts, analysts and youth academy managers”, explains the president of ADDE.
