Th3Antonio and GiantX debut in LEC, face off against MAD Lions’ KOI

GiantX Debuts in the LEC with a Win against MAD Lions KOI

The MAD Lions KOI team experienced a disappointing weekend, with losses on both maps against Vitality and GiantX. This latest defeat left a worrying image of a high-ranking team.

GiantX, on the other hand, secured their first victory of the summer split, ending their 1-4 streak and tying with Carp for last place in the standings.

The team opted for an early scaling composition, with Ivern replacing Elyoya. The first few minutes were calm, but GiantX soon took control of the map with hunting kills and a golden advantage that weighed heavily on MAD Lions KOI.

Th3Antonio, the Spanish toplaner, shone in the game with a standout performance on Poppy, scoring the first victory in the LEC.

The team’s composition, including Vi’s R and Kai’Sa’s ‘Killing Instinct’, proved to be effective in hunting down their opponents. After securing the base in the bottom lane, GiantX chased down Fresskowy, and the game came to an end with Nashor free for the team.

The defeat leaves MAD Lions KOI with a 0-2 weekend, struggling to climb back from their recent setbacks.
