Heavy rains and floods have wreaked havoc in the Indian state of Assam, with a video of a police station sinking going viral on social media.
According to Indian media, floods and landslides in Assam have killed hundreds of people so far.
A video has gone viral on social media showing a police station in a two-storey building being submerged in floods.
As can be seen in the video, the ground floor of the building is submerged in water, after which the building suddenly collapses. Fortunately, no one was inside the building at that time.

Local disaster management officials say 10 more people have died in the state in the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll from floods and landslides to 117 since April.
According to officials, floods and landslides have affected more than 3.3 million residents of 3,510 villages.
Authorities also announced that two drones were being used to assess the flood situation in the Kechar area, and that efforts were being made to send relief supplies to inaccessible areas.
