Team Solid will compete in the lower bracket final on Saturday, October 25, at 5:00 PM Brasília time (8:00 PM UTC). Their opponent will be the losing team from the upper bracket clash between TSM and ENVY.
The VCT Ascension Americas tournament serves as a pathway for a Tier 2 organization to earn promotion into the prestigious VCT Americas franchised league.
Team Solid, featuring player Douglas “dgzin” Silva, was relegated to the lower bracket after a 2-1 loss to ENVY on Thursday, October 23.
The lower bracket final and the grand final, scheduled for Sunday, October 26, at 5:00 PM Brasília time (8:00 PM UTC), will both be best-of-five series. This marks an increase in match length from the earlier best-of-three eliminations.
