One of the world’s biggest esports organizations, Team Liquid, made big news this Wednesday morning. They just brought in three new players for their Rainbow Six Siege, or R6, team. Tassus “reduct” Issi, Thiago “LENDA” Torres, and Victor “Daffo” Pedron are joining the ranks. This move comes after some significant shake-ups to their lineup.
These changes follow a less-than-stellar run. After playing in only two tournaments, the team, often called “the Cavalry,” decided it was time for a fresh start. This meant saying goodbye to Pablo “resetz” Oliveira, a player who had been with them for four years. Gabriel “AsK” Santos, who had only recently joined, also moved on. Both players quickly found new homes. AsK went back to Black Dragons, while resetz headed to Elevate, a team that competes in APL Asia.
The new additions each fill key roles. Reduct steps in as the new coach. This spot opened up when Moisés “Tiseis” Oliveira shifted back to his previous role as assistant coach. LENDA will take on the important job of in-game leader, or IGL, and will also play as Sup1. Daffodil rounds out the team, playing the Flex role.
This new lineup aims to bring renewed energy and strategy to Team Liquid’s R6 division. The full roster for the team is now set:

The newly formed squad will make their first appearance on September 6th. They will be competing in the South America League 2025 – Stage 2, also known as the SAL League.
