Taliban arrest NDS official accused of aggravating situation in Kabul

KABUL: Afghan Taliban bodyguards have arrested three former intelligence operatives involved in disturbing the peace in Kabul.

According to foreign media, three members of the Afghan intelligence agency NDS have been arrested in the Afghan capital Kabul on charges of disturbing law and order in the capital.

Footage of the three captured by the Taliban has also been released.

A large number of fake ID cards were recovered from the detained CNDS personnel.

The spokesman said that the former NDS personnel were looking for the target and other people’s cards were also recovered from the former NDS personnel.

The Taliban leader said that these people were planning to attack the Taliban. They also got a picture of the Taliban leader from the arrested people. They had targeted several personalities.

Taliban spokesman Sohail Shaheen said no one would be allowed to disrupt peace in Afghanistan.
