On Thursday, the Supreme Court officially revoked actor Darshan’s bail. He remains the main accused in the Renukaswamy murder case. The Supreme Court explained its reasoning for setting aside the Karnataka High Court’s order. They pointed out several serious flaws. The higher court’s process seemed almost automatic, lacking deep consideration. The Supreme Court also noted that the High Court had examined the matter during a pre-trial phase. The bench firmly stated that the lower court is the right place for such proceedings. They added that strong accusations and forensic evidence supported the cancellation of bail. Thus, Darshan’s bail was withdrawn.
