Alongside Suniel, the film features Vivek Oberoi, Sooraj Pancholi, and Akanksha Sharma in key roles.
Suniel Shetty’s Struggle Days
In a recent interview with Radio Nasha, Suniel reminisced about his early days as a struggling actor. He shared that he used to work at a restaurant, clearing tables and serving idlis and vadas to customers. Suniel revealed that some critics had advised him to quit acting and stick to selling idlis and vadas.
Suniel recalled that when he debuted with the 1992 film “Balwaan,” some critics panned his acting and appearance. “They said I had a stiff body, couldn’t walk properly, and should go back to selling idlis and vadas at my restaurant,” Suniel said. However, he took it as a compliment, as his restaurant business had helped him support his family.
A Journey of Resilience
Suniel emphasized that his experience working at the restaurant had taught him valuable lessons. “I used to clear tables, serve food, and work in the kitchen for hours. It didn’t bother me. I was Suniel Shetty then, and I’m still the same person today,” he said with pride.
Suniel’s story is a testament to his resilience and determination. From working in a restaurant to becoming a successful actor, he has come a long way. With “Kesri Veer: Legends of Somnath” on the horizon, Suniel is all set to entertain his fans once again.
