Suella Braverman: In Britain, Indian-origin Home Minister Suella Braverman was nominated for the Queen Elizabeth II Woman of the Year award at a ceremony. This is the first ever award in this category. Braverman, who was inducted into the cabinet of British Prime Minister Liz Truss this month, said it was an honor to take on a new role at the Asian Achievers Awards 2022, dedicated to the late Queen.

He is a proud member of our Asian community and I was born in Wembley, the central center of the Asian community.”
