The one and only Shah Rukh Khan recently treated his fans to a delightful chat on X, previously known as Twitter. He spent time answering questions, sharing laughs, and dropping some exciting news. Fans were eager to know more about his son Aryan Khan’s first series as a director. Shah Rukh happily shared an update on “The Bads of Bollywood.” He even hinted that he’d be making an appearance in the show himself.
The superstar also handled a tough question with his signature humor. When one fan told him to retire, Shah Rukh shot back with a witty reply. He told the person to grow up and ask something good. “Until then, please stay in temporary retirement,” he added, proving he’s still got it.
A Sneak Peek at “The Bads of Bollywood”
Fans have been buzzing about Aryan’s directorial debut for a while. Shah Rukh revealed that the first look for “The Bads of Bollywood” will drop soon. Get ready for it tomorrow, Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 11 AM. Aryan has poured his heart into this project for the past year. It’s all happening under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment.
Shah Rukh even had a playful exchange with Netflix India about the teaser. He nudged them, saying, “My son is making a show, and his dad is just waiting. Netflix, what are you doing?”

During the same session, Shah Rukh surprised fans with more good news. He confirmed he would have a cameo in Aryan’s series. When asked if he’d appear, he said many kind industry friends joined Aryan’s project. “They have shown him much love and affection,” he shared. Then, with a proud tone, he added, “I am there too… by right!”

What’s Next for King Khan?
Shah Rukh also gave an update on his own upcoming movie, “King.” He shared that filming will resume soon. He didn’t give a release date, but assured fans that director Sid Anand is working hard to finish the project.

A Star on the Mend
Shah Rukh began the chat by asking fans to keep their questions fun. He let them know he was recovering from an injury. At the end of the session, he bid farewell, mentioning he had to head to his physiotherapist. He also asked his loving fans to “ward off any evil eye,” a sweet request showing his bond with them.
