Sports leader Montas Tejeda chosen president of the San Juan Tennis Association

The sports leader Simón Bolívar Montas Tejeda was elected as president of the San Juan de la Maguana Table Tennis Association by leading the consensus panel in the elections held at the San Juan de la Maguana Sports Complex.

Montas Tejeda, who will direct the destinies of the San Juan de la Maguana Table Tennis Association for the next four years, was unanimously elected.

The new executive committee of the San Juan Table Tennis Association is also made up of José Antonio de los Santos, vice president; Heberto Espinosa, Secretary General; Augusto Mateo, treasurer, as well as the members Abel Castillo, Carlos Landa and Edinson Adoni Rosario Morillo.

The electoral commission was chaired by Eddy García, president of the San Juan de la Maguana Sports Union, as well as César Lebrón and Andy Paniagua, members, and supervised by Dr. Daniel Landrón, president of the Dominican Table Tennis Federation (Fedoteme ).

In the electoral process, held on May 21, delegates from the following clubs voted: Boy Scouts of Table Tennis; Southeast Sector School; Vallejuelo Table Tennis Club, and Villa Flores Table Tennis Club.
