He noted that 1,670 members cast their votes, adding up to a total of 9,871 individual votes. “The percentage in favor was 93.5%, both in terms of members and votes,” Palma explained. “This means the Board of Directors’ proposal for the Report and Accounts, covering July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, was approved by this significant majority of members.”
