A new speed limit has been set on the main highway in Abu Dhabi, the largest state in the United Arab Emirates.
According to Gulf media, the Abu Dhabi Transport Authority has updated the speed limit on a section of Al Ain Road.
The speed change is due to repair work. The speed limit is being changed between Al-Safraq Bridge and Benas Bridge on Al-Ain Road.
The authority has announced that the speed limit on the Al-Safraq to Benas bridge section will be 120 km per hour from Thursday, December 30.

This change of speed limit will continue till April 2022. Therefore, citizens are requested to drive carefully and abide by the traffic rules and regulations.
