Spanish Tennis Player Carlos Alcaraz to Resume Training for the Olympics After Two-Day Break

Tennis Star Carlos Alcaraz’s Busy Schedule Foiled by Olympic Commitments

Carlos Alcaraz’s brief vacation was cut short as he was forced to return to training to prepare for the Olympic Games in Paris.

Just days after winning at Roland Garros on June 9, Alcaraz headed to Ibiza on June 10 to enjoy his three-day break before playing at Queen’s in London, a prelude to Wimbledon. However, his time off was short-lived as he has to report to Paris on July 22 to prepare for the tennis event at the Olympic Games, which takes place from July 27 to August 4.

Alcaraz is set to compete in both singles and doubles, alongside his idol Rafael Nadal, giving him a double medal option.

The tennis star will return to training between Wednesday and Thursday of this week, switching to clay for the third time in just over a month.
