Spanish League: Valencia and Mallorca were leaders

Valencia and Mallorca remained as leaders of the Spanish League, after playing this Friday the advanced games of the third date.

Valencia -who won the contest six times: 1942, 1944, 1947, 1971, 2002 and 2004- beat Alavés 3-0 at home, with goals from the Danish midfielder Daniel Wass, the Spanish Carlos Soler and the Portuguese Gonçalo Guedes.

The team led by the Spanish Jose Bordalás, that achieved his second win in the championship, remained as one of the leaders of the contest.

On your side, Alavés suffered its third consecutive defeat after the falls against Mallorca and Real Madrid, so it is last, without points.

The other leader

With defender Franco Russo as the starter (replaced in the complement by the Slovenian Aleksander Sedlar), Mallorca defeated Espanyol 1-0 at home.
