Madrid: The rage of a volcano that erupted two weeks ago in Spain has not yet subsided, horrific videos have surfaced.

According to the details, even after two weeks in Spain, Lapama volcano is continuously erupting lava, videos based on scary scenes have started going viral on social media.

Along with the volcano, lightning has also started flashing. At night, scenes of red fire, smoke, ash and lightning in the sky were captured in the eye of the camera.

Since the eruption on September 19, 6,000 people have been displaced, while millions of acres have been affected.

Rivers of lava flowed from the volcano, destroying more than 800 buildings. The island of La Pama, with a population of about 83,000, is one of the Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean.

The lava has also severely damaged banana plantations in La Pama, Lapama being the second largest banana producer on the Canary Islands, where the banana crop accounts for 50 percent of the island’s economy and 200 tons of salt in the area. It is lost because of the ashes.

Spanish air traffic operator Anna says La Pama airport has been closed since Thursday due to ash. Rising ash clouds on Friday also affected flights on the neighboring island of Tenerife for several hours.
