Sosa, Jorgenson and Verona premiere 2023 in Oman

The Movistar team wants to continue endorsing its great start to the 2023 season in one of the main cycling races taking place this week on the calendar: the Tour of Omanwhich will run from February 11 to 15.

After the victory of Rubén Guerreiro in the general of the Saudi round, Movistar faces a demanding route in Oman full of climbs such as Qurayyat, the end of the second stage; the arrival at the top of Jabal Haat in the third stage and, above all, the finish on the extremely hard climb to Jabal Al Akhdar, the ‘Green Mountain’, where the winner of the general will be decided in an ascent of 5.7 kilometers at 10.5% of average slope.
