Solidarity initiative during the Racing Weekend at the Navarra Circuit

The Racing Weekend arrives at the Navarra Circuit on October 1 and 2 with four completely open categories and numerous activities, but above all with a very important solidarity initiative: ‘Children Against Cancer’, a campaign promoted by Royal Spanish Automobile Federation (RFEDA) and the Navarra Automobile Federation (FENAUTO) to advance in childhood cancer research at the University Clinic of Navarra and CIMA.

One way to contribute is by subscribing to the national motoring magazine Auto Hebdo Sport, which will be in the circuit and will donate 50% of the proceeds to the cause. Another option to help in this initiative are the ‘Vueltas Solidarias’, in which you can go around the track with Erik Zabala, leader of the Spanish Touring Car Championship (CET Race). The Navarrese driver will be crowned champion of the category at his home circuit at just 18 years of age, in what is the penultimate round of the national championship.

Not only will the CET compete in the Navarra Circuit, but the TCR UK will dispute three races on the track with the duel between Isidro Callejas and Alejandro Geppert as a great attraction. The Spanish Formula 4 will also celebrate its penultimate round on the calendar, with the 15-year-old Bulgarian driver Nikola Tsolov, pilot of the academy of Fernando Alonso, as the outstanding leader of the category and who could win the title this weekend.

Lastly, the Sax Cup 8V will culminate its second season on the track, with more than 70 riders and with Fernando Navarrete and Oliver Martin as the main candidates for the title. In addition to solidarity initiatives and motor racing, there will also be time to learn at Racing Weekend: the Greenpower Iberia educational program will teach the youngest to build a sustainable vehicle. Without a doubt, a weekend at the Navarra Circuit full of activities and competition.
