Indian Idol 12 winner and singer Pawandeep Rajan was in a serious road accident recently. He is now recovering in a Delhi hospital after a six-hour surgery.
Pawandeep’s Condition Improving
Pawandeep’s close friend Govind Digari shared an update about the singer’s health on Instagram. Govind posted a photo of Pawandeep and wrote, “Thanks to your blessings, Pawandeep is doing much better now.” The photo shows Pawandeep smiling, indicating that he is on the road to recovery.
The accident occurred on May 5 when Pawandeep was traveling to Delhi from Uttar Pradesh. His car collided with a parked truck on the highway near Gajraula in Moradabad. Pawandeep and his friend were injured in the crash. Initially, they were treated at a local hospital before being transferred to a Delhi hospital for further treatment.
Accident Investigation Underway
The accident is believed to have been caused by the driver of Pawandeep’s car, who reportedly fell asleep at the wheel. The police are investigating the incident and have seized both vehicles involved in the accident.
Pawandeep is expected to undergo another surgery in the coming days. His fans are sending their best wishes for his speedy recovery.
