(AOF) – The SII group achieved revenue for the 2021-2022 financial year (ending at the end of March) of 828.9 million euros, up 26.7% (+27% on a like-for-like basis and at constant rates). This historic performance was achieved in an uncertain context still troubled by the health crisis and more recently, by the geopolitical situation in Ukraine. In the last quarter of the financial year, turnover exceeded 200 million euros for the second consecutive time, at 239.9 million, an increase of 30.7%.
For the year as a whole, international revenue reached €445.5 million, showing an increase of 31.5%. All countries contributed positively to this performance: Poland (+33.8%), Spain (+27.9%), Germany (+1.0%), Romania (+58.7%) , Chile (+41.8%), Belgium (+89.6% of which +10.2% organic), Canada (+31.2%), the United Kingdom (+46.3%) , Morocco (+45.4%), the Czech Republic (+62.4%), the Netherlands (+10.0%) and Colombia (+22.1%).
“Our team in Ukraine (30 people), which supports projects initiated in Germany, continues its activity with great difficulty”, specifies the group of IT services.
The group also said it would show an improvement in its operating margin compared to the level before the health crisis. SII will specify its annual ambitions for 2022-2023 when publishing its annual results, but intends to continue to deliver significant organic growth over the next financial year.
