Sporting defender Jeremiah St. Juste has publicly displayed a commitment to fitness through pilates, as his future with the Portuguese club remains uncertain following a demotion.
The 29-year-old recently shared photographs and a video on his Instagram account showing him diligently practicing pilates.
One of the images carried a direct message of personal resolve, stating: “Give me strength, God. I want to be better.”
St. Juste was moved to Sporting’s B team after the summer transfer window closed. This indicates he is no longer part of coach Rui Borges’s primary squad plans.
His representatives are now working with the club’s management to facilitate a departure during the upcoming January transfer window.
The defender’s contract with Sporting is set to expire next summer.
St. Juste celebrated his 29th birthday recently, receiving well wishes from the club and several current and former teammates.
