Shubman Gill: Shubman Gill finally left Babar Azam behind, he broke this record by scoring a century

Shubman Gill Century IPL 2023 GT vs. RCB: Gujarat Titans beat RCB by 6 wickets in a blast. With this defeat, the RCB team was out of the playoff race. Shubman Gill scored an excellent century in the Gujarat Titans match. RCB gave Gujarat a target of 198 runs to win. This goal fell short against Gill’s explosive tackles. He connected with punches all over the field and won hearts with his explosive hitting. He left Babar Azam behind as soon as he scored a century in the match.

Gujarat Titans did not get off to a good start against RCB. When opener Wriddhiman Saha returned to the pavilion after scoring just 12 runs. But after this, Shubman Gill put up a great display of hitting. He scored 104 runs off 52 balls, which included 5 fours and 8 sixes. This is Gill’s 25th Fifty Plus score in T20 cricket. He has become the youngest player in T20 cricket history to score more than 25 fifty scores. He has left Pakistan’s Babar Azam behind.

Prior to RCB, Shubman Gill played a 101-run innings against Sunrisers Hyderabad. He has become the fourth batsman in IPL history to score two consecutive centuries. Before him, Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan and Jos Buttler have done it.
