Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra gets free from ED, this new update in pornography case

A major update has come to light in the case of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband, businessman and actor Raj Kundra. Raj Kundra has now found great relief in the pornography case.

Let us tell you that ED had launched a money laundering investigation in May 2022 after Mumbai Police named Raj Kundra in an alleged pornography scam. After that, the actor’s name was involved in this case, due to which he went to jail. But now came the news that ED has found no direct connection between Raj Kundra and the pornography stunt.

According to the Free Press Journal report, law enforcement was unable to establish a direct connection between Raj Kundra and the alleged pornography crime. Official sources have revealed that the ED is keeping an eye on the money trail related to various banking transactions of UK-based Kenrin. This company is associated with many fake companies that are involved in money laundering.

Investigations have revealed that Pradeep Bakshi, the official promoter of Hotshot app and brother-in-law of Raj Kundra, is the owner of Kenrin. The company is allegedly involved in several transactions with India-based shell companies that are the focus of the ongoing investigation.

Raj Kundra was arrested in 2021 and subsequently released on bail. This case has been ongoing for more than two years, but no action has been taken yet. Now, Raj Kundra’s lawyer Prashant Patil has given his statement on the delay in the case.

Let us tell you that after his release from prison, Raj Kundra also made a film on this subject whose name is UT 69. The story of the film starts with Raj Kundra going to jail and ends with him being released on bail.
