Sentinels, a prominent VALORANT esports organization, announced the departure of player Sean “bang” Bezerra on Wednesday after just over a year with the team.
The organization made the announcement via a video post on X, formerly Twitter, noting Bezerra’s impactful, if brief, tenure. Sentinels stated, “Today we say goodbye to Sean “bang” Bezerra. It was only a year, but it felt like so much more.”

Bezerra, who joined Sentinels in October 2024, also shared his sentiments on X. He thanked the team and coaches, acknowledging the difficulty of looking back without disappointment.
He expressed heightened motivation for future success. Bezerra wrote, “It’s hard to look back on this year and to not be disappointed, but it’s only made me more motivated than ever to improve and have success next time. See you later.”

His next move in the competitive esports scene remains unannounced.
Following Bezerra’s exit, which occurred on October 22, 2025, Sentinels listed its updated lineup. The team now includes Zachary “zekken” Patrone, Amine “johnqt” Ouarid, Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro, Marshall “N4RRATE” Massey, and Yassin “reduxx” Aboulalazm as a substitute.
Bezerra has been active in competitive VALORANT since 2020. His previous teams include 100 Thieves, TSM, OTW Esports, Team Serenity, and Phoenix1.
