When it comes to Sennheiser, we think of high-quality audio products. And thus they promise to be the now released Bluetooth headphones, which go by the name of Sennheiser CX Plus TWS.
Sennheiser CX Plus TWS arrives with active noise cancellation
These new earbuds promise to be a cheaper alternative to Apple’s AirPods Pro or Sony WF-1000XM4. They are the first headphones in the CX series with Active Noise Canceling (ANC).
They obviously have an ambient mode, which allows you to clearly hear what is going on around you. They promise high quality audio thanks to their “audiophile technology”.
In terms of codecs, this is also a very well-equipped product. You can count on SBC, AAC, AptX, and AptX Adaptive. Unsurprisingly, you can customize the sound in the accompanying app’s equalizer.
Sennheiser CX Plus TWS is IPX4 certified
A product in this category could not be missing in the touch controls, giving you the opportunity to control the audio, calls or the virtual assistant. An important detail is the IPX4 certification, which makes them resistant (and not waterproof) to jets of water. Thanks to the motion sensor, they pause the music when you take them out. Also, each earphone can work independently.
When it comes to autonomy, Sennheiser isn’t very enlightening. It only reveals that these will give you 24 hours of use, combining headphones and charging case.
As revealed, they will be available for purchase from September 28. The advertised price is £ 129.99 in the UK and $ 179.95 in the US Its official price in the rest of Europe is not yet known. The truth is that they will cost much less than the AirPods Pro rivals, whose price is 279.99 euros in Portugal.
