After tying the knot with Benny Blanco on Saturday, September 27, Gomez, 33, went to Instagram. On Tuesday, September 30, she posted a collection of photos. These pictures highlighted the design of her ceremony gown and two different outfits for the reception.
The first four images showed her wedding ceremony dress. It was a custom-made Ralph Lauren Collection gown. This beautiful piece featured a high-neck halter in double silk satin. Intricate, multi-layered lace embroidery graced the collar. One particularly striking black and white photo captured the bride in a garden. The long train of her dress spread gracefully across the grass. Another shot gave a close-up of her small, elegant bouquet. It was filled with delicate white lily of the valley flowers.
The rest of the Instagram pictures gave everyone the first look at her two reception dresses. One was a second custom Ralph Lauren Collection halter dress made of silk lace. It boasted 300 lace flowers shaped by hand and a hand-painted corset. The third dress was a custom Ralph Lauren Collection tulle gown with a sweetheart neckline. Gomez wore this lovely dress as she and Blanco, 37, stepped onto the dance floor for their very first dance as a married couple.
Gomez and Blanco, whose full name is Benjamin Joseph Levin, said "I do" in Santa Barbara, California. According to reports from a prominent news channel, Us Weekly had confirmed that their celebration would kick off with a rehearsal dinner on Friday, September 26. A source had told Us the week before, "It will be a huge, star-studded wedding, planned by Mindy Weiss."
Gomez first showed glimpses of her wedding just hours after the ceremony. She posted a series of sweet Polaroid photos and romantic videos on Instagram. These were packed with loving moments. "🤍 9.27.25 🤍," she simply wrote in her initial social media update.
In her most recent Instagram post, the Only Murders in the Building actress also offered a view of her reception. One of Gomez’s photos showed her and Blanco holding hands. They were walking happily on a Persian rug, both smiling from ear to ear.
Another picture from Gomez’s new Instagram update featured the couple’s wedding cake. It was heart-shaped and read "Just Married." A charming bride and groom topper sat on top. Us confirmed on Tuesday that Gomez is "radiating joy" since becoming Mrs. Blanco. A source shared with Us, "Selena felt a little nervous before her first look with Benny. The source added that after the wedding wrapped up, Gomez "kept saying it was the best weekend and day of her life. She also mentioned how much it meant to her that everyone was there for them."
Gomez and Blanco exchanged vows in front of more than 150 guests. The guest list included famous friends like Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, and Cara Delevingne. Her Only Murders co-stars, Martin Short, Steve Martin, and Paul Rudd, were also there.
The couple got engaged in December 2024. This followed about a year of dating and several years of friendship. Blanco also helped produce several songs on the singer’s Revival album back in 2015.
