Seema Kapoor described her relationship with Om Puri as a rollercoaster. After they parted ways, he returned 14 years later. “Not a day went by when he didn’t apologize,” she recalled, highlighting his remorse. For Seema Kapoor, this painful chapter ultimately made her stronger. “Life’s hardships can be a blessing in disguise,” she said. “They give us a chance to grow from within.” Reflecting on the heartache she endured, Seema Kapoor said, “I’m grateful I didn’t just survive it, I felt it. The experience hurt, but it made me a better, more sensitive person.” She now views Om Puri as a positive influence in her life, not a curse.
