Saudi Arabia’s big announcement on the national day of Saudi Arabia ‘Yom-e-Watani’

Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) has made a special offer on domestic flights on the national day of Saudi Arabia ‘Yom-i-Watani’.

According to foreign media, Al-Saudia’s special offer is for all airports in Saudi Arabia and on one-way tickets. The offer is for economy and guest class direct flights.

To avail the offer, bookings must be made from 21st to 23rd September 2022 for travel from 1st January to 31st March 2023.

According to Saudi Arabian Airlines, an economy class ticket is available at 92 Saudi Riyals while Heist is available at 192 Saudi Riyals.

Difference between Saudi Arabia’s Foundation Day and National Day

Establishment Day is a day to commemorate the first Saudi state established 300 years ago, while National Day is the day of the establishment of the third Saudi state.

The Custodians of the Two Holy Mosques issued a royal decree on January 27 last month and decided to celebrate the day of establishment of the first state as Foundation Day.

The Saudi news agency “SPA” in its detailed report on the issuance of the royal decree on the establishment day has proved the relationship between the establishment of the first Saudi state “State of Madinah” and the relationship of the founders with the tribe “Banu Hanifah”.

The establishment of Al-Dariyah, the capital of the first Saudi state, was a major milestone in the political history of the Arabian Peninsula. It was an attempt to revive the state of Madinah in modern times. which was established by the Prophet of Islam after his migration from Makkah to Yathrib (Madinah).

The Banu Hanifah tribe settled in ‘Hajar Al-Imamah’ on the banks of the Hanifah Valley under the leadership of Ubayd bin Tha’alaba in 430 AH. Hajr soon became the largest city of Al-Imamah. The story of Shah Yamama Samama bin Athal al-Hanafi with the Prophet of Islam is mentioned and famous in history books.

The Arabian Peninsula has long suffered from division and chaos. Then Mana bin Rabi’ah al-Muridi broke this status quo, he settled ‘Al-Dariyah’ in 1446 according to 850 AH. Amir Mana bin Rabia al-Muridi was the twelfth grandfather of King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman, the thirteenth grandfather of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, and the 14th grandfather of Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman.

The first Saudi state was established by Imam Muhammad bin Saud in 1727 CE according to 1139 AH. Its capital was Dariyya. His series continued till 1817 according to 1233 AH. After the first Saudi state, Imam Turki bin Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Saud established the second Saudi state.

His series continued from 1240 to 1309 AH respectively from 1824 to 1891. Then the third Saudi state was established by Shah Abdulaziz Al Saud in 1319 AH 1901. These days, during the reign of King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Prince Muhammad bin Salman, the flag of progress and success is being raised at every level and in every field.

As for Saudi Arabia’s National Day, it is celebrated on September 23 every year. National Day is celebrated in celebration of the establishment of the third Saudi state. King Abdulaziz Al Saud announced the establishment of the third Saudi state on 21st Jamadi al-Awwal 1351H on 23rd September 1932. Accordingly, Saudi leaders and people celebrate National Day on September 23.
