Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has the lowest number of complaints against passengers compared to other airlines, the Civil Aviation Department has released statistics on complaints.

According to Arab media reports, the Saudi Civil Aviation Department released statistics on complaints received from passengers against Saudi airports and airlines during August 2021, stating that the lowest number of complaints were received by passengers against Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudi Arabia) has always been at the forefront of providing better travel services, which is why complaints from citizens against this airline are rarely reported.

The Civil Aviation Department says a total of 378 complaints were received during August, the lowest of which were against Saudi Arabia, with only 9 out of 100,000 passengers expressing dissatisfaction with the performance of Saudi Arabian Airlines. 64% of complaints were dealt with on time.
