After paying the fixed term fee, the sponsor of the foreign worker can extend the period of stay or departure of the worker from his Abshar or resident platform.

It is to be noted that the extension of the period for non-return of the departed workers within the stipulated period may be possible only if their file has been closed in the Central Licensing System due to “Kharj Wilm Yaad”.

If the aforesaid breach of the law is applied, then the worker’s file is closed in the licensing system.

After that, their stay and departure cannot be extended. In this case, those who are found to have violated the exit promise cannot come to the country on another visa for up to three years.

However, during the period of ban, a second visa should be issued to their ex-sponsor, ie the worker on whose stay they have left the country for exit re-entry.
