Riyadh: After the start of the new academic year in Saudi Arabia, important instructions have been issued for parents.
The Saudi Ministry of Education has instructed parents of first-, second- and third-grade primary school students to use the ‘Madrasi’ and ‘Rozati’ platforms to educate their children online.
The ministry says parents can get the code for using the ‘Madrasi’ and ‘Rozati’ platforms by contacting the school principal, thus not affecting students’ academic activity.
The Ministry of Education in the country also said that in case of using Rozati or Madrasi app for the first time, the password of Tawaklana app can be used. If the user of the Madrasi or Rozati app has already moved to another educational institution, then the username can be obtained through the Tawaklana app.
Also, in case of any problem, the school principal or technical staff will resolve the issue.
If the user has changed the password in the Tawaklana app, then the password in the Tawaklana app will not be able to access the parental or instructional app. In case of forgetting the password, the concerned institution should be contacted.
