Riyadh: The management of Saudi online platform ‘Tawakalna’ app says that locals and foreigners cannot open their account from two different mobiles.
According to Arab media reports, the Tawaklana app management has clarified that it is not possible to open and register an account from two different mobiles at the same time, while any user can open a new account only if he withdraws from the first account. Go and register from another mobile.
The administration said that the app can be downloaded from different mobile numbers provided the code sent to the mobile number in the Tukalna account is used.
Tawakalna says the ban is aimed at protecting user data and preventing other users from taking advantage of it. One of the benefits of this is that no one else will be able to take advantage of it.
VPN or other server users cannot open the Tawaklana app on their device.
