Riyadh: The Saudi Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare has said that 77% of disputes are settled through reconciliation, with most disputes between employers and tenants being settled without litigation.

According to the Ministry of Economy, Ali al-Wahibi, director general of planning under the Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare, said that differences between employers and employers are different, but also include demands for salaries and compensation.

Sometimes arbitration is used to settle disputes, if these efforts are not successful then the case is transferred to the Labor Court within 21 days from the first date of hearing.

Cases between the employer and the employer are being received online, with cases such as employment contracts, labor, rights and injury of the worker in the line of duty, compensation, dismissal, disciplinary action against the employer by the employer. Û”

During the eight months, 25.5 thousand cases were decided, which is 20% more than the first eight months of the last Hijri year.
