Saudi Arabia: Billions of Riyal Bonds Issued

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has issued bonds worth 11,358 million riyals.

According to Arab media reports, the National Center for the Supervision of Government Debts says that bonds worth 11,358 million riyals have been issued in the country.

The Center said that by August 2021 the compilation of investor applications for the national bond issue was completed. Government bonds have been divided into three categories.

“We have divided government bonds into three categories,” said the National Center for Public Debt. The first contains 2.508 million riyals, while the second category has bonds worth 4.485 million riyals.

The third category of bonds is worth 4,365 million riyals.

It should be remembered that a new edition of government bonds has been issued within the framework of the 2021 Annual Loan Program.
