Riyadh: In Saudi Arabia, under Saudiization, jobs are being given to locals instead of foreign employees.
According to Arab media reports, the Saudi government has also decided on 75% Saudiization in the energy sector, meaning that only 25% of the workers in this profession will be migrant workers and the rest will be recruited locally.
Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman has announced that the rate of Saudiization in the energy sector will be increased to 75% by 2030.
He said Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was focusing on national goods.
Prince Abdulaziz says Saudi Arabia is an energy-rich state, and our young people are taking steps to make Vision 2030 a success that is no less than a blessing.
He further said that alternative sources of energy would be wisely adopted.
The Minister of State for Energy believes that the concept of Carbon Circular Economy will enable us to continue producing, exporting and reaping the financial benefits of hydrocarbons.
