Mostafa Sarayar Farooqui’s much talked about film ‘Saturday Afternoon’ is finally hitting theaters. Not in cinemas though, the film will be available to watch on India’s OTT platform Sony Live from tomorrow Friday. But no one can watch the film in Bangladesh. It can be seen from any other country in the world.
Faruqi wrote the message on Facebook yesterday Wednesday: “So many things are coming together that I am in a state of disorientation.” “Saturday Afternoon” will finally be released on OTT on November 24th. “Something Like An Autobiography” will be released on the 30th by Charki.
“Saturday Afternoon” has been stuck on the Censor Board for almost five years. The film starred Zahid Hasan, Yad Hureen, Nusrat Imroz Tisha, Parambrat Chatterjee and many others.
