While older models are being phased out, newer Galaxy A series devices are getting some love. Samsung has promised six years of software updates for these newer models, beating out some flagship devices from other brands that only offer four years of support. The One UI 7 update is expected to hit mid-range Galaxy A series devices in June 2025, although Samsung might release it sooner.
