Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently filed a defamation lawsuit against some YouTube channels and a person after her divorce, but even after this, the actress’s anger has not subsided. According to the information, the Kukatpally court had rejected Samantha’s appeal to take legal action against those who said that these people and channels tried to smear her image.

The actress wanted legal action to be taken against those who defame her, but instead, the actress has been asked to apologize to those people. The court had cited that celebrities share personal data and then file defamation cases, which is not correct.

Against the court’s decision, Samantha had to put her lawyer in her defense. Samantha’s attorney is reported to have now cited the recent “standing injunction” case brought by Shilpa Shetty as the benchmark for Samantha’s case.

Shilpa Shetty had addressed the Bombay High Court after her husband Raj Kundra was arrested in a pornography case. The court had issued a permanent injunction in the case. In which the media were banned for making disparaging complaints about him.

Samantha’s legal team indicated that she can go to court to obtain a similar judgment in her defamation case. The court has now reserved the verdict on Samantha’s defamation case and it will be heard soon.
