Salman is putting in a lot of hard work for this project. He plays a soldier in the film. To get ready, he hired a personal trainer, according to India Today. His workout routine includes heavy weight training and running. He even trains in a special high-pressure chamber at his gym. This room mimics the thin air found at high altitudes, like in Leh. It helps his body get used to those conditions.
A New Diet for a Tough Role
Beyond the intense workouts, Salman Khan changed his diet completely. He stopped eating junk food. Fizzy drinks are also off the menu. He has cut out alcohol entirely. He also lowered his carbohydrate intake a lot.
Sources say Salman learned a lot from his film “Sikandar.” Now, he is super careful about his fitness. He is working hard to lose weight and look his best for the camera.

Salman Khan had already shared the first image from “Battle of Galwan.” In it, he looked very angry, with blood on his face. The film tells the story of the conflict between India and China that happened in 2020. Salman Khan plays the part of martyred Indian Army Colonel B. Santosh Babu. The movie’s release date has not been announced yet.
