The film's Mahurat shoot began on December 29 in Mumbai. Superstar Salman Khan is working very hard for The Bull. He doesn't want to leave any stone unturned for the film, so he's doing a lot of physical preparation. Salman even undergoes training with paramilitary forces.

According to a source close to the film, “Salman Khan will play the role of Brigadier Farooq Bulsara, who led Operation Cactus in the Maldives in 1988.” He will be a paramilitary officer in the upcoming Dharma project, the shooting of which will begin in February. The superstar has to undergo rigorous physical training to play the role of Brigadier Bulsara in the film.
