Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has rented his old house in Fortune Heights in Mumbai. Saif and his Kareena Kapoor previously lived in an apartment in the building with their son Taimur Ali Khan. Saif Ali Khan and the family moved to a larger house earlier this year.
According to a report by Money Control, a registered rental agreement document accessed by Indextap.com has revealed that Saif Ali Khan has leased the house for rent to a company called Guilty of Association Media LLP. He paid security money of 15 lakh rupees. & Nbsp;

This Saif Ali Khan apartment reportedly has 1,500 square feet of space and two parking spaces. This floor & nbsp; It has been leased for three years, the rent of which will continue to increase every year. In the first year, the rent will be Rs 3.50 lakh per month, and in the second and third years it will be Rs 3.67 lakh and & nbsp; 3.87 lakh.
