Saif Ali Khan’s Past Revelation About His Finances

Saif Ali Khan once said he’s not as rich as Shah Rukh Khan. This was after his divorce from Amrita Singh. They met on the set of “Bekhudi” and got married in 1991. They have two kids, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. After 13 years, they parted ways. Saif had to pay Amrita 5 crore rupees as alimony and 1 lakh rupees per month until their son turned 18.

In a 2005 interview with The Telegraph, Saif said, “I have to give Amrita 5 crore rupees, out of which I’ve already paid 2.5 crore rupees. I’m also giving 1 lakh rupees every month until my son turns 18. I’m not Shah Rukh Khan, I don’t have that kind of money.”

Saif’s Priority Was His Kids

Saif said, “I promised Amrita that I’ll pay the rest of the money, even if I have to work until I die. Whatever I earn from ads, stage shows, and films is going to my kids. I don’t have money, and our bungalow is for Amrita and the kids.”
