Sachin Tendulkar to start Mumbai Half Marathon, full details

Aegis Federal Life Insurance Mumbai Half Marathon will be organized on Sunday. Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar will mark the flag for this half marathon. In fact, this will be the fifth edition of the Aegis Federal Life Insurance Mumbai Half Marathon. At the same time, now this race is making a comeback after the corona virus infection. More than 13,500 runners will participate in this marathon in three different categories of the marathon. Along with this, Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar will also award the winner of the Half Marathon.

The oldest runner in the half marathon is 82 years old while the female participants are 72 years old. The youngest riders on the grid are a seven-year-old girl and an eight-year-old boy. They will both land in the 5K challenge. The organizer of the Mumbai Half Marathon, NEB Sports, has announced that permits and clearances have been granted for the resumption of various races across the country. NEB Sports CMD Nagraj Adiga said: “We have done our best to make this race safe and enjoyable for all the runners. We wish everyone the best for the race on Sunday.”
