Jannik Sinner remains on top of the ATP rankings, but some big names have moved around after the Madrid Open.
The latest shake-up saw Casper Ruud jump to 7th after his big win, while Jack Draper reached a new career high at 5th.
Big Winners and Losers
Casper Ruud’s Madrid Open title was a major boost. He beat Jack Draper 7-5, 3-6, 6-4 in the final.
Ruud’s win wasn’t just about the title; he took down three top-10 players: Taylor Fritz (4th), Daniil Medvedev (10th), and Draper (then 6th).
This win got him 900 ATP points, shooting him up to 7th place.
Draper’s runner-up finish was also a big deal – he reached 5th in the rankings, his highest spot yet.
Novak Djokovic dropped to 6th after losing early in Madrid.
Other players lost ground too. Alex de Minaur fell after losing to Lorenzo Musetti in the round of 16.
Holger Rune and Daniil Medvedev also dropped in the rankings. Medvedev lost to Ruud in the quarters and fell out of the top 10.

The ATP tour heads to Rome next for the Italian Open.
The top players will compete in the fifth Masters 1000 event of the season.
So far, each Masters 1000 has had a different winner: Jack Draper (Indian Wells), Jakub Mensik (Miami Open), Carlos Alcaraz (Monte Carlo), and Casper Ruud (Madrid Open).
The question is, will Rome bring a new champion or will one of the current top players take the title?
