In a statement, Sergei Lavrov said that Russia is at the forefront of the global revolt against American domination, African countries and Latin America also want to get rid of American domination, any country or nation is deciding its own policies.
He said that in the world there is a contradiction in the order based on the rules supported by the United States. The purpose of the foreign policy of the United States is to destabilize some parts of the world.
The Russian Foreign Minister said that Washington sees its own interests under the guise of the war against terrorism. Washington forces other countries to obey orders.
