Russia attacked Ukraine, 26 people including children were killed

The attacks of the Russian forces on Ukraine continue and according to the authorities, 26 people, including 5 children, were killed in bombings in different cities of Ukraine on Friday. Ukraine has completed preparations for retaliatory action against Russian forces.

According to foreign news agency AFP, Russia’s latest missile strikes also bombed a residential block in the historic city of Uman in central Ukraine.

There was a lull in Russian attacks for the past week, but two dozen missiles were fired in the past 24 hours. Officials say that 23 people, including 4 children, were killed in the Russian cruise missile attack in Oman.

Russian missiles also targeted the central city of Dnipro, where more than 40 people were killed in an attack on a residential building in January this year.

A 31-year-old woman and her 2-year-old daughter were killed in recent attacks in Dnipro, officials said, while the young woman’s parents were hospitalized.

According to the report, a 57-year-old woman was killed and 3 other people were injured in shelling at a village in Baluzarka in the southern region of Kherson.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned Russia’s latest missile attacks and vowed to respond.

He said in his speech that only absolute evil can give rise to such terrorism against Ukraine.

Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the Ukrainian president, appealed to the international community, saying that if you don’t want it to spread around the world, give us weapons, lots of weapons and sanctions on the attackers.

On the other hand, Moscow says that the missile attacks targeted the reserve forces and weapons depots of the Ukrainian army.

Meanwhile, pro-Moscow officials in eastern Ukraine said that nine people, including an eight-year-old girl, were killed in Donetsk city by Ukrainian shelling.
