Russia: 11 dead in a shooting on a military ground, the authorities evoke an “attack”

At least 11 people died on Saturday (October 15th) and 15 others were injured in a shootout on Russian military ground in the Belgorod region bordering Ukraine, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
